Level Up Co-op Learning Series
This workshop introduces infill development—building new housing on underutilized land already owned by a co-op—as one approach to support long-term sustainability. Participants will receive a high-level overview of how infill works, key considerations, and what to expect from the process, along with a case example from Otter Creek Co-op.
