Level Up Co-op Learning Series

The Level Up Co-op Learning Series is an educational program designed to strengthen housing co-op boards and preserve co-ops. To achieve maximum success, housing co-ops need a unique blend of business acumen and community governance. This specialized training series delivers practical, high-impact sessions focused on the two most critical pillars of co-op longevity: asset management and governance.

Level Up transforms complex regulatory and financial concepts into clear, accessible strategies. Whether you are a newly elected director looking for a solid foundation or an experienced board member seeking to modernize your practices, this series provides the tools you need.

Below are links to the slide decks and handouts from each of the Level Up Workshops for your reference. However, reviewing slides and handouts can never replace the rich education experience of attending a live workshop where the presenter will provide context and participants can ask questions and discuss ideas with others.

If you missed attending these workshops in CHFT’s Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 education series, contact naomi@coophousing.com to ask about having them delivered as ‘portable workshops’ at your co-op.

Investing in your co-op’s leadership team today ensures a financially resilient, well-governed, and thriving co-op community for the long-term.
