Part-time Position
Chadwick Towers Co-operative Inc. is a 67-unit housing co-operative located at Victoria Park and Dawes Rd. We are looking for a part-time cleaner. It will be 15 hours a week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays).
• The duties will include:
• Cleaning the interior common areas according to the weekly cleaning schedule
• Including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, the elevator, and laundry room
• Other duties assigned by the Board of Directors and Manager
Requirements:
• Some cleaning experience
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds
• The ability to work on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
