Summary
This workshop will review the sources of law governing the boards of housing co-operatives and look at directors’ key obligations and what they need to be aware of.
We will discuss how to avoid conflicts of interest and uphold confidentiality and codes of ethics, and we will talk about what to do when directors do not follow the rules.
Finally, participants will discuss case studies that highlight the information shared in the presentation.
