OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
48 unit – 5 building Co-op located in Midtown requires an Office Administrator to start in October 2022
The successful candidate will report to the Board of Directors, but work independently.
It is a permanent part time position, consisting of 20 hours a week
The Co-op is TTC accessible but comes with parking.
EXPERIENCE
- RGI and Housing Administration
- Familiar with New View/Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work alone without supervision
DUTIES
- RGI Administration
- Bank deposits including EFT
- Deposits entries and Accounts Payable in New Views
- Preparing Board Packages for Directors and Committee Chairs
- Collaborating Cooperatively with superintendent
- Assisting members with inquiries
- Payroll, assist with yearly budget/audit
- Other general Administration
