Office Administrator


48 unit – 5 building Co-op located in Midtown requires an Office Administrator to start in October 2022

The successful candidate will report to the Board of Directors, but work independently.

It is a permanent part time position, consisting of 20 hours a week

The Co-op is TTC accessible but comes with parking.


  • RGI and Housing Administration
  • Familiar with New View/Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work alone without supervision


  • RGI Administration
  • Bank deposits including EFT
  • Deposits entries and Accounts Payable in New Views
  • Preparing Board Packages for Directors and Committee Chairs
  • Collaborating Cooperatively with superintendent
  • Assisting members with inquiries
  • Payroll, assist with yearly budget/audit
  • Other general Administration
