Summary
The Co-operative Corporations Act was amended in October, 2023. Some of the changes are quite minor but there are also some major changes. This 90-minute session will walk you through what’s changed and what that means for your co-op. You’ll also hear what changes you need to make to
your co-op’s by-laws and what resources there are to help.
