Summary
Using recent infill projects like Riverdale in Toronto and Otter Creek in Durham Region as case studies, this workshop would take co-ops through the process of identifying and capitalizing on infill opportunities as part of their asset management.
The purpose of this workshop is to show how complex the development process is and inspire co-ops with success stories from the co-op housing sector.
