What’s involved in managing your co-op’s finances? We will look at the roles of members and staff and talk about key features of managing your co-op’s money, such as
- planning the co-op’s finances,
- record keeping and reporting,
- using financial information to make decisions, and
- educating members about finances.
Fee: Registration for this workshop is $75 per person for the first two people. Any additional people who register from your co-op will receive a discounted rate of $37.50.
