Fee: $75 each for the first two participants. $37.50 for each additional participant from the same co-op.
Summary
This will be an interactive discussion with two lawyers who have helped many co-op boards deal with human rights issues.
Kiel Ardal will discuss how to deal with accommodation requests. Michael Hackl will discuss harassment and behaviour issues in relation to evictions. After the presentations, participants will have a chance to work through case studies in small groups.
