Fee: Registration for this two-part workshop is $100 per person, for the first two people. Any additional people who register from your co-op will receive a discounted rate of $50.
Summary
The Board of Directors workshop will be offered in two parts – What makes a good board? and What makes a good director? Your registration includes both sessions.
In the first session, we will discuss governance and management, board accountability, the board’s legal obligations and the importance of good meetings.
The following week, we will discuss principled leadership, director accountability and the role of individual directors.
